Skills/Experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Must Have complete understanding of Retail consumer business, online ecommerce business (will be an added advantage)
- Experience in health-care consumer goods/pharma will be an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Managing Merchandise on web
- Product Pricing strategy, bundling strategy
- Shipping and logistics
- Backend operations - inventory management, systems etc
- Developing new categories, product planning and roadmap
- Develop and execute innovative promotional inputs to improve sales and market share
- Monitor/track the monthly performance of brands and budgets; deliver the objectives in terms of Sales, Profit margins and Market Shares
- Partnership strategy with brands
- Build the category and the team
- Need to be entrepreneurial and self motivated: Candidates must be willing to put in efforts to grow fast.

Product Manager
Location - Bangalore, India
Experience - 5+ years of product management or product design experience
Qualifications - BS or MS degree in a Technical Field. (CS, Engineering, etc)
Skills/Experience
- Experience in developing consumer facing Internet products, or Enterprise based SaaS products and technologies
- Demonstrated experience of developing products from concept to launch
- Excellent oral communication, organizational and analytical skills
- Healthcare and Startup experience a Plus

- Gather Product Requirements from both internal and external sources
- Define Product Vision and associated Roadmap
- Work with engineering team to translate the roadmap into a working product. Prioritize features / develop product launch plans with Engineering Manager.
- Work with Engineering to do the appropriate tradeoff between technical designs and business requirements
- Work with Sales to position the Product for various market segments

- Work along with the Product Management team to define and prioritize the Product development Road-map
- Lead a team of rock-star engineering team members (Web & Mobile) to implement the product road-map
